Graduated in corporate economics at the Bocconi University of Milan. With over 20 years of experience as a corporate, commercial and tax consultant, he advised several companies and corporate  groups, both Italian and multinational, with regard to contractual, financial, accounting and tax issues of corporate transactions both ordinary and extraordinary, as well as mergers & acquisitions. He has also a particular experience in real estate transactions. In addition, he is an expert in tax litigation and is member of several boards of directors and statutory auditors of Italian based corporations, including listed companies.
