Graduated with honors in Law at the Università Statale in Milan. She was assistant at the commercial department of the same University. She acted as the legal head of a well-known Italian listed holding company and, from 1998 to 2004, as a senior associate in the corporate and securities practice at international law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer Milan office. She has extensive experience in extraordinary corporate transactions (corporate restructurings, M&A, takeovers, leveraged buyouts, etc.) on behalf of industrial and financial groups, private equity and venture capital funds, as well as in capital markets transactions.
