Graduated with honors in Business Administration at Bocconi University, Milan. Member of Italian Tax Advisors Association and of Certified Auditor – Milan.  She worked for an important tax firm with offices in Milan and Bologna and then in the tax consultancy affiliate of Deloitte. She joined MCA since its incorporation. She mainly use to deal with Italian subsidiaries of international groups, requiring tax, corporate and accountancy consultancy both about ordinary and about extraordinary matters.
