Graduated in Economy. Member of Italian tax advisor – Milan. He attended the  Tax  Law Master Degree at "Il Sole 24 Ore – 5^ edition" in Milan. He is also  a Certified Auditor. He gained his professional experience in major Italian tax advice firms; he mainly deals with corporate, national and international, and extraordinary taxation. He has developed a specific expertise on company valuation and preparation of expert reports in support of extraordinary transactions. He is the author of numerous publications and articles on tax matters. He participates as a speaker at conferences and training courses organized by companies and associations. He teaches at the Tax  Law Master “Il Sole 24 Ore”.
