He is specialized in corporate law and litigation. He has a twenty – year experience in restructuring and bank and finance proceedings. He also deals with bankruptcy matters and has also matured a significant experience in acquisition, in particular in the energy area. He is qualified to defend in front of the Corte di Cassazione. He publishes on  corporate and bankruptcy law and concentrates his practice on Italian and international business contracts, corporate law, bankruptcy law and insolvency proceedings. He also handles litigation matters (before higher-level Italian courts as well) and arbitration proceedings.
